Return of defective goods

If you were delivered a product of inadequate quality, you can choose one of the following compensation methods:

  • Change a low-quality product to a high-quality product;
  • To return a defective product and get back the money paid for it.

Product exchange and return is at the seller's expense. The defective quality of the returned product must be determined by the manufacturer and not related to the actions of the recipient (for example, accidental damage to the product).


Quality product return

According to the currently valid legal acts (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Retail Trade Rules), after purchasing goods in the online store, when you did not have the opportunity to inspect the goods live and assess their suitability, you can return the quality goods within 14 days from the day of delivery, with the exception of packaged goods, which have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

If you want to return a quality product, you must notify us within 14 days from the day of delivery of the product to be returned, indicating your order number. email you will receive an address by mail to which you will need to send the returned goods. When returning a quality item, you are responsible for all transportation costs associated with their return.

You can return one or more items from your order. The returned item must be in its original packaging. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance and must be complete.

To return a quality item, you must deliver it to the seller in good condition. If you received the wrong product you ordered by mistake, the seller will pay for the return of such product.

If the returned product or its packaging has damages, due to which it is no longer possible to sell the product at the same purchase price, such product can be returned only by mutual agreement with the seller.
